Uploading a CV and candidate support are entirely free, with no obligation and no commission taken from any future salary. The service is funded exclusively by the client companies that hire through the platform.

Staff.fr only shares a candidate's CV and contact details after obtaining their explicit consent for each introduction. Staff.fr does not guarantee that a candidate will get a job and cannot be held responsible for decisions made by partner employers.

Personal data is collected through our contact and CV upload forms: full name, email address, phone number, the job you're looking for, as well as your uploaded CV and message content. The IP address may be recorded for security and abuse-prevention purposes.

2. Use of data

Your data and CV are used to connect you with employers matching your search and to respond to your requests. They are never sold or rented to third parties for commercial purposes.

3. Retention period

Your data and CV are kept for a maximum of three (3) years from our last contact, unless you request earlier deletion.

4. Your rights (GDPR)

In accordance with the GDPR and French data protection law, you have the right to access, correct, erase, restrict, object to, and port your data. You can exercise these rights at any time via the contact form.
